Arrive & settle
Move in October 4th. Meet the cohort, find your rhythm, and set one clear goal for the season.
Month 02
Push the work
Deep weeks. Weekly progress reviews. Mid-cohort show-and-tell with the house.
Month 03
Finish & move on
Ship what you came to ship. Closing dinner. Move out December 28th with the work done.

Protected hours for deep work. The house stays quiet so everyone can push their craft.
Afternoon
Collaborate
Coworking in shared spaces, walking meetings, and informal work sessions.

Accommodation
Double-occupancy bedrooms in a shared villa or apartment. Residents may choose roommates — we do not assign by gender.

Fibre internet with ethernet access and multiple Wi-Fi access points — built for dev work, meetings, and content creation.
Housekeeping
Cleaning of common areas. You focus on your work and the community.
