A Creative Residency
Live. Create.
Belong.
A 3-month, selection-only coliving for makers, founders & artists.

Purplerain is a curated residency where twelve makers share a single roof for ninety days. The rent is paid collectively. The space, the meals, and the rhythm are shared. The work, always, is your own.
We believe the most interesting work happens in proximity to other people doing interesting things. So we built a house designed for it — long tables, quiet studios, soft mornings, and evenings that go long.

Shared studios and a dedicated coworking floor. Fast internet. Standing desks. Phone booths.
A house chef cooks lunch and dinner. Breakfast is laid out from seven.
Salons, critique nights, mentor visits, Saturday workshops, Sunday film.
Drop-ins from designers, founders, and writers we admire. Office hours weekly.
A small darkroom, a riso, a podcast booth, a tabletop scanner. Use freely.
“I came to finish a book. I left with three new friends, a publisher, and a finished book.

“The house works like a great studio — quiet when you need it, alive when you don't.

“It is the most expensive thing I've said yes to and the easiest thing to recommend.
